I had the best pizza on the planet today at the Tower Cafe in Estevan, Saskatchewan. I think I eat two of these pizzas (not in the same evening) whenever I come and visit.
Today it was at lunch with two old friends, Kevin Toombs and Kim Empey. Our pizza was the Tower Special which has mushrooms, pepperonis, ham, green peppers, and pineapple on it. The sauce is a little spicy and there is plenty of cheese.
I could eat at the Tower every night of the week.
