  • Update: I’m a farmer. I purchased a 2022 Kubota c/w front end loader and back hoe. LX3310 from our local dealer and will take delivery next week. Thanks for all the tips, wow a lot of Kubota owners out there.

Farmer friends, what are you running?

Case IH, John Deere, Kubota,LS or something else?

Looking at small tractors and love the Case IH Compact Farmall. 🚜

We want something that will support a front end loader, mowe and is future proofed.

Seriously, not trying to start a holy war, but I prefer red. 🤞🙏

  • We’ve been working on this for a little while and we’re now ready to share with friends. We’ve purchased an acreage out in Carnation, WA.

This is about 15 minutes from where we live now. Once all the deals finalize, we’ll have 8.5 acres of space and a newly constructed modern farmhouse on the homestead property.

It is a great parcel of land with mature apple and plum trees. All of the things we use regularly (living room, master bedroom, laundry) are on the main level. There is an apartment above the garage which I can use for an office.

This will be a great change for us. We have lived in our current home since about 2006 and needed more space for bees and my off-road/motorsports.

We had planned to build up in Snoqualmie near Mount Si and just as we were finishing our permitting this past fall had a buyout offer on the development from an investor. The market has been wild here, we accepted the offer with a smile and went to work on plan B.

So here is Plan Bee. 🐝 It will be a few months before move in as there is paving, landscaping, fencing and a few other tweaks to be completed.

The design work for a “barn” which will be great for cars, bee processing and family celebrations has already begun.

I can’t wait to have you all over someday. Feeling lucky. 😀

  • This arrived! “The last 1980 Suzuki RM 125 in the United States”*

Pretty much all original. Only the decals and the chain have been replaced. Everything else including the tires is original.

It was part of a private collection recently liquidated online. All stored inside in a climate controlled, windowless room. I had an RM 80 around this time and always looked up to the pros who rode these bikes.

I’ve always been an RM person later owning and racing multiple RM 125s.

I’ll drive it around the driveway once or twice but intend to incorporate it in a future home office for storage.

*Probably not the last one in the United States, but that was the name of the YouTube video. 😀

I am pretty excited about this flag as it is signed by our 2021 inaugural NHL Seattle Kraken Team. I need to get it framed.
