Hey friends, I’m working on a fun side project restoring a ’77 Ford Bronco. It will be a restomod when done which means it will have all modern electronics and drive train. I’ll share more photos down the road, right now its down to the frame.
Most of my time has been with Chevrolets or foreign cars and I’ve only owned one Ford. I have engine build questions that are Ford specific. Anyone want to help?
We’re looking at using a Ford 351 Windsor/408 Stroker 430HP V8 (crate engine) that is balanced and blueprinted. 10/1 comp forged Pistons, hydraulic roller setup, aluminum heads and forged Rods.
The Bronco while having some weight to it, but I think this will be more than enough power. I was curious though if I should be doing anything else with this engine and would love someone to validate.
(Helpful comments only, I love all cars and not into car vs car wars)
