Probably the best description of a PM I’ve ever read

This is probably the best description I have read of a PM yet. I spent many years at Microsoft as a PM in Visual Studio, MSDN and also in our Evangelism group. I’ve always equated the role as something like a cross between taskmaster and Mother Theresa.
