Definition: What is an IPodder vs What is Podcasting

Scoble and so many others have been blogging lately about Podcasting. I am a super fan of this, if you are not yet, I encourage you to do this:

Burn a few Podcasts to a portable device or even a blank CD and take them with you for a drive, its great content and fun.

One thing though I think Scoble is confusing folks when he calls things great for Podcasting. I think when he says Podcasting he really means for running an IPodder against. To be honest it seems like a lot of folks are talking about how to get the audio onto devices from feeds, but not about how to create the content. Creating the content is where we need the innovation now.

Anyhow, one think to ask am I correct with the following definitions?

Podcasting — The process of creating an audio show of some sort available in MP3 format via an RSS 2.0 feed that supports enclosures

IPodder – The process of getting Podcasts out of the feed and onto your portable music device

Is this accurate?
